Learning Support Services
Learning Support Assistants provides support to a student required in mainstream classroom to ensure successful integration and inclusion to the mainstream setting. Our LSAs are RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) trained and are directly supervised by our Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
LSAs works closely with the class teacher and Inclusion department at school and assists the student by:
- Implementing Individual Education Plan
- Manage classroom Behavior
- Support peer interactions
- Support the student to be more independent
- Make classroom modifications
- Give 1:1 support when needed
- Uses appropriate reinforcement system to reward the student.
We provide IEP and programming support and ongoing supervision for our LSAs
